Photo Gallery: Catching Up with Bronson Pinchot

The plot of Pinchot's most recent movie Virgin Alexander—where a young man turns his home into a brothel—is reminiscent of Risky Business (1983), his first big screen success. Bronson played Barry, and in this memorable scene asks his friend Joel (played by a young up-and-comer named Tom Cruise) the immortal question, "Are you stoned?" Joel denies it, but his giggling says otherwise.

Pairing Pinchot with Mark Linn-Baker proved to be a path to comedy gold. The show had an impressive 150-episode run from 1986-1993. We delighted in the crazy escapades involving Balki Bartokomous and his "Koh-sin" Larry, especially when it involved the famous "Dance of Joy."

In November of 2010, viewers were treated to a Pinchot appearance on the smash-hit CBS series. Sadly, "Book 'em, Balki" was not in the script.

As mentioned, next up for Bronson is the indie-film Virgin Alexander, which he agreed to work on without reading the script because, "He thought the director/writers were so charming it was impossible they could have devised anything that wasn't good."
