Daniel Franzese stole the Mean Girls show as Damian, BFF to Janis Ian who described him as "too gay to function." Damian's confidence, witty quips and unwavering school spirit made him one of our favorite characters.

Since Mean Girls, Franseze has had roles on TV and Web series like Party Down and Foodies. He also curates art shows. He recently wrote a touching coming out letter to his character Damian. You go Glenn Coco!

Jonathan Bennett (Aaron Samuels)

It's always about a boy. Cady fell for Aaron, who used to go out with Regina, who got jealous and stole him back, but then Cady faked being bad at math to try and win him over, but eventually her new personality turned Aaron off. I know, right?

Since breaking high school hearts, Jonathan has been seen in Veronica Mars, Cheaper by the Dozen 2, and The Assistants. Jonathan will appeared in Slightly Single in L.A. alongside Mean Girls castmate Lacey Chabert!

Rachel McAdams (Regina George)

Formerly Janis's best friend, Regina was the head of the Plastics, the most popular girls in school. After Cady sabotaged her slim figure, Regina soon learned how it felt to be on the other side of school society.

Right after Mean Girls, Rachel starred in everyone's favorite tearjerker, The Notebook, with Ryan Gosling. Since then, she's been in Slings and Arrows, The Time Traveler's Wife, and Sherlock Holmes. She also played the role of Irene Adler in 2011's Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows.

Amanda Seyfried (Karen Smith)

One third of the Plastics, Karen wasn't the brightest bulb, which is why she changed sides from Regina to Cady so quickly. After being partially blamed for the "burn book," Karen eventually makes amends with both Regina and Cady.

Since Mean Girls, Seyfried sang her way through a paternity test in Mamma Mia!, became a series regular on Veronica Mars and Big Love, and played Cosette in Les Miserables. She has no fewer than 8 films coming up between 2014-2016.

Lacey Chabert (Gretchen Wieners)

Gretchen is proof that money can't buy self-esteem. The third member of the Plastics, she was insecure in her identity and had to rely on Regina, and then Cady, for leadership.

Ana Gasteyer (Betsy Heron)

As Cady's mom, zoologist Betsy Heron might have been a good source of wisdom about teenage behavior, but she was just as clueless as Cady.

Amy Poehler (Mrs. George)

Regina's velour-clad, cougar-tastic mother described herself as a "cool mom," who encouraged all kinds of dangerous and catty behavior.

In addition to penning the screenplay, Tina played the smart and savvy Ms. Norbury, who encouraged Cady to join the Mathletes and rise above the cliques at school. It took a while, but Cady finally fulfilled the potential Ms. Norbury saw in her.

Tina went on to create and star in NBC's 30 Rock, moonlighting as Sarah Palin on SNL in some of her spare time. In 2011, she also released the bestselling memoir Bossypants. She's been working on producing multiple TV pilots for the upcoming season and hosting the Golden Globes with BFF Amy Poehler.

Lindsay Lohan (Cady Heron)

It's not easy being the new girl in town. Who among us hasn't been a little nervous moving to a strange place after being homeschooled in Africa by our zoologist parents? Well, Cady had no idea what was in store for her at North Shore High School. Still dressed for safari, Cady quickly found her way from the bottom to the top of the school social ladder, where things started to get complicated.
