Martin Mull as Colonel Mustard

Colonel Mustard was originally played by Martin Mull. Lately he’s had a recurring role on Two and a Half Men, and he played our favorite private investigator on Arrested Development, Gene Parmesan.

Dmitri is athletic and intelligent, but his father is very successful and he feels pressure to live up to it. He plays a multiplayer strategy game called M.U.S.T.A.R.D. Missions and is the only player to make it to the Colonel level.

Lesley Ann Warren as Miss Scarlet

Lesley Ann Warren was an Oscar nominee before starring in Clue as Miss Scarlet. Currently she stars on In Plain Sight on USA and has had recurring roles on Desperate Housewives and Will & Grace.

Madeline Kahn as Mrs. White

Before Madeline Kahn played Mrs. White in Clue, she was best known for her roles in Paper Moon and Blazing Saddles, both of which earned her Oscar nominations. Her final role was on the show Cosby. She died of ovarian cancer in 1999 at the age of 57.
