(1983) Before Natalie was a star, she was a (cute!) little girl with a little curl right in the middle of her forehead.

(1994) She started her career with a Louise Brooks-style bob as a 12-year-old hell-bent on avenging her family's murder in The Professional.

(1999) Natalie fearlessly flaunted gilded horns of hair as Anakin's secret love Queen Amidala in the Star Wars prequels.

(2006) Woodhead, who shaved Portman's hair on-camera in one long take, tells Snakkle, "It was terrifying, but the moment we finished, she absolutely loved being bald."

(2006) Woodhead feels her most flattering do was shortly after V for Vendetta. "She had this close-cropped elfin thing going that was just gorgeous because it really highlighted her face."

(2004) Woodhead is also a fan of the bubblegum bob she sported in Closer. "That was clearly a wig, but I wouldn't have put it past her to dye her hair that color," he says.

(2010) Lately Natalie has been spotted wearing longer locks that can hang straight for roles in No Strings Attached or be tied up in a bun for Black Swan.
