Sheena Easton’s balancing motherhood and performing. In the mid-’90s, between the second and third of her four marriages, she adopted a son, then a daughter. Her 2001 holiday letter announced her plan to leave L.A.: “You know that since my kids came along I have been trying to find ways to meld my two loves together and Las Vegas is one of the few places on earth that I can work and raise a family,” she wrote. In 2009 she did a guest turn singing “Happy Evil Love Song” on Disney’s fabulous Phineas and Ferb. The difference is, two or three times a month I’ll be up onstage in the fancy dress and the high heels belting out my hits.”
