HOT GALLERY: Looking Back On Denise Richards—Snakkle Uncovers Her Most Memorable Yet Unknown Guest Spots

One of Denise's first TV roles was on Saved by the Bell, the show that introduced Mario Lopez to the world. Back then she went by Denise Lee Richards, and her Bell role was small; we couldn't even find a character name. Like Lopez, Denise moved on to bigger and better things. Here's the clip. A young Denise Richards appeared on an episode of the Neal Patrick Harris series Doogie Howser, M.D. called "Doogstruck." Really. It's all very cute and sincere. Another little-known Denise Richards role is in Married with Children, in which she is credited simply as "Girl #2." Which is once again proof that there are no small parts, only small actors. It's also proof that if you are as attractive as Denise Richards, it's worth taking roles where you are essentially eye candy, because casting directors will see how attractive you are and cast you in other parts. Or it proves that we overthink things sometimes. Take your pick.

This is a good one. Seinfeld spawned a bevy of memorable minor characters, and while Richards' guest spot didn't earn its own catchphrase, it was pretty darn funny. Also a bit uncomfortable, since she played the 15-year-old daughter of the network executive who consented to read Jerry and George's script. (It's less creepy when you remember that Richards was 22 at the time.) George is checking out her cleavage, and the exec (played by Bob Balaban) notices when he returns from off-camera puking. "Get a good look, Costanza?" Oops.

We were fans of Ben Stiller before the rest of the world figured out how hilarious he is. Why? Because we actually watched his show when it first aired on Comedy Central. Luckily you can now see full episodes of Stiller's underrated sketch comedy stylings on TheWB.com. In this episode, Ms. Richards is credited simply as "Sunbathing Girl," making a brief appearance. Not too tough to see why she got the part, right?

Denise stopped by Melrose Place for a three-episode arc in 1996. You know who else was on Melrose Place? Heather Locklear. Remember what we said earlier about tabloid stories? Well, Richie Sambora was married to Heather Locklear. Until he dallied with Denise Richards. If that whole sordid business had been a Melrose Place story line, that could have been fun. In real life, not so much.

Denise's role as Monica and Ross's cousin Cassie Geller on Friends followed her stupendously sexy turn in Wild Things (1998). That movie established her as a seriously hot babe, which is what she played. Cousin Cassie entrances multiple Friends, starting with Chandler, then Ross, and finally Phoebe.
