Vanderpump was an aspiring actress in the 90s and worked sporadically on programs like Silk Stalkings and Baywatch Nights. She eventually found her true calling as a successful restaurateur. However, Vanderpump decided to return to TV in 2010 as herself on the Bravo reality show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Now the star has combined both careers: Her exclusive restaurant Sur is the setting for the spinoff Vanderpump Rules.

But her most recent celluloid credit was a bit part in the 1998 Julie Robert’s movie Stepmom. Her lookalike bandmate, Susie Verrico, briefly resurfaced in 2006 on the British version of the reality show Big Brother.

She is also mom to her only son.

Kitaen lived hard over the years and paid for it with a second marriage that ended in divorce, an arrest for cocaine possession and an addiction to prescription pills. "I've been around the block a few times," laughs Kitaen, who appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew in 2008. "There is still a lot to learn but I've learned a lot in my life through error." Now she’s trying to apply her hard-won knowledge in her work with domestic violence awareness and addiction issues.
