Tom Cruise as Lt. Daniel Kaffee in A Few Good Men (1992)
If you watch TNT on the weekends, chances are you’ve found yourself mesmerized a few dozen times by replays of Rob Reiner’s military thriller A Few Good Men (penned by the ever-hot writer Aaron Sorkin). Cruise played JAG lawyer Lt. Daniel Kaffee, who deftly and famously goes toe-to-to with the entitled (and scary!) Colonel Nathan Jessup (Jack Nicholson) while defending three marines against murder charges. It should be known as the movie that launched a million “You can’t handle the truth!” parodies.
