Now: Since Growing Pains, he’s gotten more exposure playing himself in commercials (a 2007 McDonald’s spot) and vehicles that poke fun at child actors (see him reprise his scream in the “Child Stars on Your Television” takeoff of “We Are the World” in the closing credits of 2003’s Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star) than in other roles. Married now, with three stepchildren, he still gets recognized, as seen here, exiting Hollywood’s Cabana Club and good-naturedly signing autographs.
