Todd plays the ultimate obnoxious snobby yuppy neighbor who lives next door to the Griswolds. He and Clark trade barbs over the driveway over Clark’s holiday house-lighting spectacular, which is so bright, it eventually foils both Todd’s love life as well as the neighborhood power plant.
