If you've forgotten, or never saw it, you can watch the original 21 Jump Street online for free via Hulu. It's all very '80s—the clothes, the hair, the drug dealers that look like extras from a Michael Jackson video. The show, which debuted 27 years ago as the first hour-long series on the fledgling Fox Network, comes across as a mixture of after-school special, music video, and character-driven drama, with plenty of mild humor thrown in. Peter DeLuise—Today
DeLuise directed a few episodes of Jump Street and continued to work behind the camera on shows like Jeremiah (2002), Kyle XY (2008-2009), and numerous episodes of the Stargate franchise. He still acts, and told Canada’s Times Colonist that he is in touch with his former cast members from time to time. In fact, Johnny Depp told the producers of the Jump Street movies that he would only do a cameo if they also asked DeLuise, according to Access Hollywood.
