In 2005, the Mötley Crüe drummer took on a new challenge in the reality series Tommy Lee Goes to College. Among other things (figuring out dorm etiquette, dissecting a frog), he tried out for the University of Nebraska marching band. “Doing it at the college level, in the Cornhuskers stadium full of 87,000 people,” he said, “that’s a whole new ball game!” Lee continues to perform with Crüe in addition to his solo work and releasing music as Methods of Mayhem.
