Darrell Griffith, Louisville—Then
You’ve heard of Dr. J. How about Dr. Dunkenstein? That was Darrell Griffith’s nickname, and as you can see in this video from 1980, it was well-deserved. Griffith played for Louisville from 1976 to 1980, leading his team to an NCAA championship and winning the Final Four most outstanding player award in his final year.
