Now: Though Hervey has appeared onscreen (several times as himself), he now does most of his work behind the scenes. After doing PR for a health-care company and producing wrestling specials, he focused on reality-TV shows, including Scott Baio Is 45… and Single. One of his latest endeavors is coproducing a reality series with Entourage star Jeremy Piven about glassblowers in New Orleans. No, really.
