Chris Rock may talk a big game on the downfalls of marriage, but the funnyman and his wife have remained one of Hollywood’s most devoted. Rock married Malaak Compton in 1996 after meeting her at a New York City awards show. Two daughters later, Rock is living a happy marital life. As he told Ebony in 1997, “She’s really calmed me down and centered my life.” Sadly, the two announced their divorce in December 2014.
