Heather Graham was an acting veteran by the time she landed her first starring appearance as Felicity Shagwell in Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me. It’s ironic that her parents would not let her accept the lead role in the 1989 film Heathers due to the bad language, especially since Felicity has no problem introducing herself to Austin Powers, stating: “Felicity Shagwell, CIA. Shagwell by name, shag very well by reputation.” Maybe she was referring to her role in Boogie Nights (1997).
