Celine Dion on Ile Gagnon, Quebec, Canada

Too busy with her Las Vegas show schedule, singer Celine Dion listed her custom built French Normand-style chateau on Ile Gagnon, her private 830,000-square-foot island. Priced at almost $29.7 million, the private island and estate is the most expensive property on the market in Quebec. The home features luxuries such as a vaulted wine cellar with tasting room, an elevator, in-ground pool, and games room. At this level of extravagance, Dion’s shoe closet could probably be sold separately.
