This is hardly Bean’s first foray into genre fare: He starred as Boromir, the man who tries to take the ring from Frodo the Hobbit, in Lord of the Rings. He’s also been Greek god Zeus (Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief) and legendary king Odysseus (Troy), as well as a Bond villain (GoldenEye) and an IRA terrorist (Patriot Games).
