A Canada native, Ryan was always a performer, singing at weddings and talent competitions with his older sister and hoofing with a local dance troupe as a kid. When he was 12, Ryan was selected out of 17,000 kids to be on Disney’s new The Mickey Mouse Club. He sang, danced and performed sketches with fellow MMC cast like Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, and Britney Spears.
