Dinah Lacey played the devious Cleo Plender, the leader of the rival troop team The Red Feathers and daughter of the evil troop leader Velda. Even though Dinah played a “bad girl,” in the film, she was actually known as one of the sweetest kids on set and was good friends with all the other girls!
