Phillip Seymour Hoffman as George Willis, Jr. in Scent of a Woman (1992)

George Willis, Jr., one of Charlie’s good friends, also witnesses the prank played on Headmaster Trask. But when Trask strong arms the two to give up names in exchange for a strong letter of recommendation, George is the one who caves. Poor George though, without a Frank to stick up for him ends up losing face and sans recommendation in the end.
